The hotel had friendly staff who gave great local tips. The clean, spacious rooms had comfortable beds, perfect temperature, and excellent maintenance. The breakfast was simple but good, and the hotel facilities were lovely, including a great pool area. The location was ideal, providing easy access to plenty of things to do around this city.

The two Christmas dinners were nice, we enjoyed trying different Italian dishes and desserts. The location was good, being close to the train station and shops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough to sleep fairly well.

The heating system was noisy and not working properly, making the room too cold at night. The shower was old and difficult to turn on, and the water temperature was unpredictable.
